ANTIQUE MUSKET *BUY IT NOW* This percussion musket has a 43" round barrel with brass butt plate, trigger guard with a small engraved silver plaque at the wrist. Mechanically hammer does not lock but does have good tension. The half stock section is wood with damage and the barrel bands are replaced with tape. Bottom of stock just above the lock has a metal repair. Lock plate is engraved "LONDON WARRENTED in block letters. Probably originally a flint lock.
