Well, here's something that has been kicking around my garage for years and years.  Danged if I know what it is but sure someone does so here goes for the description.

It is silver toned and probably chrome, has two holders in the back where it went through a belt and hung.  Front has an anchor on it and below the anchor is a place that pops open to put in large batteries.  The original 10 cent USA batteries are still in there and will include, however, after all this time, not useable.  They are old though and colorful by USA battery co.  After closing the battercover and looking at the sides.  There is what looks like an outlet but don't know what that is and then there is Japanese writing under that and at the bottom of the side. Hard to see in picture but there.   Unusual, unique whats it?  Imput welcome if you know and will add to the descripton, if not its nautical, its old and its in good condition...
