ANTIQUE MOUNTED SOLID BRASS TELESCOPE. BUY IT NOW Offering this early BARDOU & SON PARIS” tripod mount telescope. The optic system is not working and the tripod mounting attachment is also missing and the fine focus adjustment does work buy needs attention. The rack and pinion adjustment knob is in place, the long eye piece with sliding lens cover intact. The telescope is 38” in length plus the eyepiece is 18” long. This telescope is worthy of the restoration. Bardou was 1 of the more prolific and better known makers of this type of telescope during the 19th & 20th centuries.
